The Above Special Discounted Rates are inclusive of all taxes, services and Buffet Breakfast and are not valid during Easter Period, 1st of May, Holy Ghost Period.

Special Rates can be arranged for the Ester Period, Conferences, Social events e.t.c

Minimum Stay Policy:
Kindly note that during period D a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.

Payment Policy:
Kindly note that a prepayment of 50% of the total cost is required.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation made 14 days prior arrival during low season and 25 days prior arrival during High Season, results no cancellation fees.
Any cancellation made less than 14 days prior to the arrival in Low Season the cancellation charge is 30% of the guaranteed deposit and less than 7 days the cancellation charge is 50% of the guaranteed deposit or prepayment.
Any cancellation made less than 21 days prior to the arrival in the High Season the cancellation charge is 30% of the total cost and less than 7 days the 50% of the total cost.
For Early Departure the cancellation charge is 50% of the rest of the entire stay.
When you make a reservation and a special need is not mentioned e.g. some disability, such as a special requirement, our reservation department cannot be held responsible in the event of the accommodation being unsuitable. In this case 50% cancellation fees apply.
