Discounted Rates are inclusive of all
taxes, services and American Breakfast (room service or not) Fresh
fruits upon arrival, bathrobes, slippers and VIP natural
products amenities available to all our houses.

safety reasons, the settlement does not accept children under the age
of 10 years, except for the Houses Livas, Ostria and
Apiliotis
For your reconfirmation 50% deposit is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
a) 16 - 22 Days prior to arrival Date 50 %
b) 8 - 16 Days prior to arrival Date 75 %
c) 1 - 08 Days prior to arrival Date 100 %
d) Non Show or departure prior to the scheduled one , we charge the
whole amount of staying (100%)
