I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the excellent services your reservation staff provided in the past couple of days over a last minute booking for my client Mr. Szekely and family.
We, travel agents here in Canada trying to keep our business with our Canadian Tour operators and very rarely have to use direct tour companies or reservation centers on destination.

I then contacted Maria several times even over the phone, her professional help was outstanding. With her assistance I could find the proper luxury accommodation for my clients and was able to book, pay and get the documents in a very timely fashion.

Your web site and booking engine is also very professional, user friendly, easy to navigate.
